A4: Customers offer CAD drawings or product samples, we will make forms and drawings and send them back to customers to confirm, and then customers pay to make new molds. After testing molds, we will send test samples to the customer to confirm before quantity production.

A5: We will sign the agreement and the customer needs to offer us brand authorization, we will produce customized products with the customer's brand on the package with requirements.
