According to the material of the screen surface, the test screen is divided into: metal braided mesh test screen, metal perforated plate test screen, electric forming mesh.
Wire woven mesh test screen adopts the national standard GB/T6003.1-1997 production. Its basic mesh size is 2.36mm-0.038mm, in line with the international standard ISO3310-1:1990 R20/3, R20, R40/3 series, screen material is brass, tin bronze, stainless steel. 2.36um-100um adopts nickel plating processing, which can not only improve the mesh accuracy, but also prevent mesh deformation, strong, wear-resistant and durable.
The metal perforated plate test screen adopts the national standard GB/T6003.2-1997, in line with the international standard ISO3310-2:1990 R20/3, R20, R40/3 series, the screen material is copper, and the use of electrochemical processing.
Electroforming test screen is produced by precision electrochemical method, mesh size range :500-5um, mesh size absolute tolerance 2-3um, suitable for scientific research institutions, diamond is widely used.
The test screen frame, screen cover and screen bottom are made of high quality stainless steel.
