Performance and use
Potassium methyl silicate can react with carbon dioxide in the air or other acidic compounds to form an insoluble mesh waterproof and breathable membrane inside and on the surface of the substrate. It has excellent waterproof, anti-seepage, moisture-proof, anti-aging and anti-pollution advantages. . This product has simple construction, low price, long-lasting effect, and is wear-resistant, brush-resistant, and resistant to high and low temperatures (-50~150ºC). It can be used as a hydrophobic treatment for porous materials such as stone, bricks, ceramics, cement mortar, perlite, gypsum and fiber gypsum board, which can produce a waterproof effect inside and on the surface of the processed material, reduce water absorption, and maintain the material at the same time Original color, breathability and appearance characteristics.
Packaging, storage and transportation
This product is packaged in 25L and 200L plastic drums, rigid plastic composite intermediate bulk container (IBC) TC10 00S, and stored in a cool and dry place. This product is non-dangerous and can be transported according to general cargo conditions.
