[Special Properties]
- Enhancing acid performance of nylon fiber simultaneously the degree of fastness improvement is verified with sorts of dyestuff, dosage and difference of fibers
- No affection to fastness of dyestuff
- Excellent performance in dispersing, retarding and transferring dyeing
- Extremely good in dyeing penetrability
- Widely applied in the range of pH value 2~4, stable in electrolyte of common concentration
- affecting to solarization fastness slightly
[Application and Process]
Dosage of DB-2936 should be increased and decreased conditionally according to lightness and deepness of color in 40ºCwater, the regular dosage is 1~5%. Fabrics dyed should be fixed after washing by soft water. The following are the dosages to be suggested:
DB-2936:1~5%.
pH: 4~5
Temperature: 70~80°C
Time: 20~30 min

Can be stored for 12 months in closed container and under normal temperature after EX factory
