I.VLF test set Introduction
Vlf test set combines modern advanced digital variable frequency technology and micro computer control together, therefore, it can realize the full automatic voltage boost, stepdown, measurement and protection as well as the manual intervention in the process of automatic voltage boost. The full electronic design ensures the small size and light weight. The big LCD screen ensures the clear and visual display, and can display the output wave form. The printer outputs test reports.Vlf hipot tester is widely used in the withstand voltage test of cables, transformer, circuit breaker, ect.
II. VLF Feature
☆ Advanced technology:It adopts digital frequency conversion technology, microcomputer control, boost,step-down, measurement, protection and other testing process fully automated, the instrument has electronic calendar function, after power down, the time can still be maintained.
☆ Easy operation: Simple wiring, operation is very easy.
☆ Comprehensive protection: multiple protection (over-voltage protection, high &low voltage side over-current protection), rapid action (action time ≤20 ms), safe and reliable instrument.
☆ Safety and reliability: controller connects with high-voltage generator low-voltage , photoelectric control, safe and reliable use.
☆ Adopt high and low voltage closed loop negative feedback control circuit, and the output has no capacitive rise effect.
☆ Complete configuration:8 inch touch industrial screen,storage and print automatically.
☆Instrument has data communication function, through USB interface and computer connection can upload test data to the computer.
☆ The instrument has own document-help function. The operation manual sheet and remarks are storage in the device. No need to check the manual sheet.
☆The VLF hipot tester has the system setting function, it can modify the time.
