WDW-200 (200kN) High and Low Temperature Computer Control Universal Testing/Test Instrument/Equipment/Machine is a new generation of microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine, specially designed for institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions. The full-digital controller in the computer system controls the motion of servo motor though speed control system,through deceleration system, the precision ball screw pair drives the movable cross-beam to move up and down, to finish various mechanical property test of the specimen, like tensile, compression, bending, shearing, peeling etc.

2. Features:
1.1 this machine adopts door type double space structure;Up and down.
1.2 the speed regulating system adopts ac servo motor, which has stable and reliable performance, with overcurrent and overpressure.
Overload protection device.
1.3 the transmission part adopts the circular arc synchronous toothed belt, the precision screw side drive, the transmission is stable, the noise is low, the transmission efficiency is high.
1.4 universal joint adopts cross bolt structure, and has the function of swing Angle limit, on the one hand is advantageous for the specimen clamping, guarantee the test concentricity, on the other hand good to eliminate the influence of irregular sample of sensor.
