Applications:
The testing machine can test friction, wear characters of materials. The machine assesses the friction character of lubricant and materials with sliding, rolling methods or both of two methods. According users needs, it can be equipped with many kinds of friction contact surface combination, such as banking pin, four balls, ball-three pieces, pin-three pillars, stop and force roll, simulate cam and gear.
The machine can automatically control the whole procedure because of computer display and control, double servo closed loop control system. Also it can finish data processing, drawing temperature time curves and friction moment-time curves, recording and printing test data. The test data can also be saved with Excel format. The machine has characters of anti-jamming, easy maintenance and software update online.
