Product Description
Our jacquard polyester spandex webbing has the following features:
1. Large elongation and good stretch, almost the same soft handfeel as nylon.
2. Covered spandex inside, good recovery and durability.
3. Custom colors and patterns are welcome.
4. Precise color matching with good color fastness.
5. First setting then ironing, consistent size and dimension.

Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon or polyester yarn, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the jacquard elastic webbing.
Weaving the greige of the jacquard elastic band using predyed polyester yarns and covered spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during setting and ironing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished jacquard elastic band.
Load the bale of jacquard elastic into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
