Our 10MM underwire casing is different from the general market items, to be exact:
1. Very soft plush backside which is ideal for direct skin touching.
2. Hot melting yarn was woven inside, so firm tube will shape after the tape is dyed and finished.
3. Custom color and eco-friendly production, dye to match Pantone codes or physical color swatches.
4. Accurate color matching and good color fastness.
5. Preshrunk by hot steam, no more than 3% shrinkage after being dyed and finished.

Manufacturing Processes
Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex bra underwire casing with soft plush backside in dyeable raw white color.
Dyeing the raw white greige of bra wire casing by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
Load spool or layered bale of bra underwire casing into strong export cartons.
