Product Description
Our 13MM shiny face plush back picot edge elastic is different from the general market items, to be exact:
1. Contains covered spandex, which brings better recovery and durability.
2. Relatively low elongation of 50%~90% which is suitable as bra strap or shoulder tape.
3. Fancy picot edges, soft plush backside, consistent dimension.
4. Preshrunk by hot steam, no more than 3% shrinkage after being dyed and finished.

Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed picot edges shiny face plush back elastic.
This is the dyeable covered spandex yarn, outside is nylon yarn and inside is raw spandex yarn.
Weaving the greige of the satin face plush back picot edge elastic in dyeable raw white color.
Dyeing the raw white greige of picot edges plush back shiny face elastic by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
Load the spool or bale of shiny face picot edge plush back elastic into strong export cartons.
