Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed elastic binding tape

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the underwear binding elastic.

Weaving the greige of the picot edge plush back elastic made of nylon and spandex in dyeable raw white color. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the dyed and finished elastic binding tape.

Dyeing the raw white greige of nylon spandex elastic binding tape into specified colors by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.

Inspecting the dyed underwear binding elastic by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.

Packing the binding elastics into bale or spool with waterproof bags, then load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
