Vsmile 3D Pro Multilayer Zirconia Disc 6-layer (2 layers plus 4 transition layers) is a dental multilayer zirconium oxide (4Y-TZP cervical, 5Y-TZP incisal) with natural color and translucency gradient and high flexural strength (1050 MPa cervical, 700 MPa incisal) for anterior- or posterior teeth restorations with up to 14 units. In the production process, 5 layers of pre-coloured zirconia are layered on top of each other, building 4 transition layers in the process.The result is an extremely natural colour transition for vivid, lively restorations.
Vsmile 3D Pro Multilayer Milling Disc combined the concept of nature and beauty, with smooth color gradation, very matching VITA shades as below full arch case shows. Meanwhile the 3D Pro Multilayer phisical states can be kept well with our R&D technology to ensure a long term aesthetic apprearance.
