Product Description
WQK cutting type submersible sewage pump/drainage pump(hereinafter as pump for short) is a new kind of pump, which is manufactured based on absorbing domestic and foreign advanced technology and advantages. This series pump absorbs all the advantages of WQ, and also has the cutting functions, which overcomes many kinds of difficulties on industrial areas and the public facilities, etc. In particularly bad conditions, the pumps can cut the sewage residue, plastic and fibers and through small size pipe increasing pressure to let them be our. It is the optimization product for the municipal water supply, the drainage system, and sewage treatment, etc.
Main Application
This pump series is widely used for sewage treatment of city constrection and sewage and waste discharge for architecture projects, hotel, ine pond, ayeing and printing, paper making and textile industries. It is the ideal tool for transpor tation of sludge, slurry, living sewage, and feces and stale wastes and solid grains containing fiber, papercontaining fiber, paper chips, sandy soil etc.
Work Condition
The pump can work properly and continuously under following operational conditions:
1. Medium is not corrosive. Sand contents should be max.20% by volume.
2. Medium temperature shouldn't be over 40°C and PH should be 4~10.
3. The pumps should be operated within rated head.
4. The pumps should be fully submerged into water with depth of less that 3m and max. 5m. The pump should be min.0.5m over the water bottom and not be inserted into sludge.
5. Power frequency should be 50Hz, three-phase voltage 380v, and voltage fluctuation should be 0.9~1.1 times than the rated.
