Product Introduction
>>Multistage centrifugal impeller is adopted at the upper of the pump.
>>Motor, which is monophase or triphase, is at the bottom of the pump.
>>Mechanical seal, a kind of dual mechanical seal, is used where motor and impeller combined. "O"-shape oil resistant rubber seal rings are applied to all static joints.
Materials
1) Pump body: Cast iron
2) Impeller: Aluminium
3) Motor housing: Cast iron
4) Mechanical seal: Ceramic-Graphite, Silicon carbide-carbide alloy
5) Shaft: 45# steel/SS 420
6) Bearing: Steel
Work Condition
The pump can work properly and continuously under the following operational conditions:
1) Medium is the non-corrosive and clean water, in which the sand contents ≤ 0.10% by volume and the granular size ≤ 0.20mm.
2) Medium temperature ≤ 40ºC, and PH: 6.5-8.5
3) The pump should be operated within rated head, and fully submerged in water with the depth ≤5m, but not inserted into sludge, 0.5m over the water bottom is favorable.
4) Power frequency 50HZ, single phase voltage 220v, triphase voltage 380v, and voltage fluctuation will be 0.9-1.1 times than the rated.

Based on the above structures, the pumps are widely used in the following areas:

2) Garden sprinkling irrigation;
3) Elevating well water;
4) Tower water supply;
5) Water supply and drainage for city buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, etc.
