Main Characteristics:
1. machine speed and glue feeding speed are controlled manually and tracked automatically and synchronously
2. Intelligent PID temperature controlling system, the tolerance is within 1 ºC
3. All active and passive rollers are adjusted by a high-precision balanceable device. The logical installing technology makes sure the machine runs stably, with low noise, laminating materials no crinkling.
4. High precision alloy steel coating dies and high exactitude gear pump ensures high-quality coating.
6. By changing the fiber spraying system, it can realize PE film laminating with non-woven, special fabric material laminating, shoe/clothes materials laminating, medical materials laminating, etc. The fiber spraying system can make low-weight glue spraying, uniformity, and exquisite, venting quality. Equipped with a PUR glue tank, this machine can be used in top-grade material laminating.
