Product Description
Electric pipeline heaters are heating equipment that convert electrical energy into thermal energy. This type of heater can heat the medium from the initial temperature to the required temperature, which can reach 750°C. The circulation heater consists of two parts: the heater body and the control system. The heating body uses electric stainless steel heating tube as the heating element. There are multiple guide plates inside the product to guide the medium in the heater cavity to fully contact the flange heating core, prolonging the residence time of the medium in the heating inner cavity, thereby making the medium Fully heated evenly to improve heat exchange. After reaching the required temperature, it is sent to the heating equipment. The temperature control system of the heater will automatically adjust the power of the heater based on the signal fed back by the temperature sensor at the heater outlet, saving energy while ensuring heat demand. The electric control system has a built-in overheat protection function. If the temperature sensor in the heater cavity feedbacks that the temperature in the heater cavity is too high or there is an air-burning condition, the power will be cut off immediately to prevent material deterioration, coking, carbonization, and heating caused by excessive temperature. The tube is burned out and damaged to ensure the normal operation of the electric heater.
