Product Description
Flange tubular heating element (Immersion flange heater) with electrical connection wiring boxes . They feature high watt density for rapid heat transfer and are commonly used for heating gases & liquids such as water, oil, heat transfer fluid, and corrosive solutions.Due to high mechanical strength, high thermal efficiency, safe and pollution-free, flange heater is widely applicable to all kinds of saltpeter trough, sink, sump, acid and alkali tank, fusible metal melting furnace, air heating furnace, drying furnace, drying oven, hot die and other devices.
Once the medium temperature reaches the set value required by the process, the control system adjusts the output power of the electric heater through the PID/PLC control system according to the temperature sensor signal, and realizes real-time temperature control of the resistive load of the heating element. When the heating element is over-temperature or low liquid level, the automatic protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heater power to prevent the heating element from burning out, which can extend the service life.
