| ELEPHANT BRUSHLESS SYNCHRONOUS AC ALTERNATOR | |
| Single-bearing and double-bearing type alternators are provided. The installment dimensions are standard, easy to assemble with all kinds of engines. Standard SAE interface with multi-specification can be flexibly interchangeable. Air gap between the stator and rotor core is small , therefore the alternators have high efficiency. | |
| Excitation stator lamination is made by cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, with one or two high performance NdFeB magnets, so the temperature rising of exciter is low , it will not lose excitation. | |
| Reliable automatic voltge regulators(AVR) provide consistent excitation on all occasions. Standard AVR:SX400;SX460,OptionAVR:MX321;MX341. | |
| All alternator rotors are dynamically balanced to be better than miminum vibration of BS6861:part 1 grade 2.5. | |
| Double-bearing alternators are balanced with half keys. | |

| 3.2/3 pitch winding design adopted, that can effectively suppress the third harmonic wave(3rd,9th,15th,etc.).And the design avoids excessive neutral currents result from higher winding pitches , and a fully consecutive damper winding reduce oscillations during paralleling. The 2/3 pitch windings are carefully pole, and tooth ensures very low wave from distortion. | |
