The fan cooled rectifier module has extremely high density providing the most power in the least amount of space. A compact shelf accommodates four rectifiers per 19in 2U shelf and can be paralleled up to 5*2U 19in shelf.
Local and remote setup, adjustment and control is a simple, single-step process with the rectifier System Controller. By utilizing TCP/IP technology, complete configuration and monitoring of power equipment is possible through a Windows Internet Explorer browser.

1.3 Protection Function
1.3.1 Output Short Circuit Protection

Output over voltage protection can be divided into the internal over voltage protection and the external counterpart. Internal overvoltage fault range is 58.5VDC~60.5 VDC, which can be set through monitoring; when failure occurs, the module is locked. The external voltage is greater than 63VDC and lasts more than 500ms, the module is locked. Being in the protection state, the AC power supply shall be disconnected first and then reenergized to ensure the power supply resumes work properly.
1.3.3 Output Under-voltage Alarm
The input under-voltage range is 37VDC~39VDC. When the input voltage is lower than the under-voltage alarm value, alarm prompt will be reported with normal output.

CAN-bus communication mode is adopted between the rectifier module and the monitoring module. Remote software version upgrade is supported, and the address of the module can be set through the address board. When AC input is disconnected, the module needs to communicate with the host.
Isolation design is employed for CAN interface in the rectifier module. The power supply of CAN is +5Vdc, which is provided by the rectifier module internally.
The main monitoring information of the rectifier module is as below:
1) Voltage regulation & current regulation functions: meeting the requirements of floating charging battery and voltage regulation;
2) Single module control of startup & shutdown;
3) Protection & Alarm Information Feedback:
Mains fault: mains fault (AC input over-voltage/under-voltage);
Module protection: temperature pre-alarm;
Module fault: fan fault, over temperature shutdown or no output caused by the module internally;(the module is in the state of dormancy and shutdown, and the mains failure is not reported to the module).
1.5 LED Indicator
LED indicators are installed on the side board with details as below:
