Core veneer is the basic material for many wood-based panel products, including plywood,LVL, etc.
4'Feet spindle less rotary peeling line is the most widely used technology for manufacturing the core veneer.
The working line main process includes: Raw logs conveyor -> Hydraulic wood rounding debarker -> Round log conveyor -> NC spindle less rotary peeling machine -> Veneer conveyor line -> Veneer automatic stacker.
The working line has three working ways according to customer's investment budget and production capacity requirements:
A: Fully automatic working line, none-person operation, save labors cost, 24 hours continuous working, high production capacity.
B: Semi-automatic working line, only need two workers operation, suitable for medium scale factories.
C: Manual working line, only need invest on two main machines: wood rounding debarker & veneer peeling lathe, suitable for the small scale factories or new veneer business trial running.
We supply the customized machines solutions for all customer's requirements.
