Product Description
Copper phosphorus solder has good fluidity, but poor plasticity. Mainly used for brazing copper and copper alloys, sometimes also for brazing silver, tungsten and molybdenum, not for brazing steel, nickel and their alloys. When brazing copper and silver, it has self-flux properties. Adding silver to copper-phosphorus alloy can reduce the melting point of the solder and improve the wetting ability, strength and toughness. When brazing copper and silver, copper-phosphorus solder does not need brazing flux, but when brazing copper alloy, it needs to be used with brazing flux.
