Feature
• Flexible mobility with buffer storage function, optional mixing cleaning, heating or cooling function, reasonable design of the brake wheel, pedal or forklift groove, suitable for raw materials or finished product of mobile, convenient off-line cleaning.
• Single layer tank or Optional jacket form or three layers with insulation. Material of insulation is Rock wool or PU.
• There are varieties of volume from 600L-20000L also it can be designed and customized according to the customers' equirements.
• Connector uses tri-clamp, inner tank use SS304 or SS316L, the inner surface mirror polishing Ra≤0.28um-0.6um. Outer surface can be polished, wiredrawn, sandblasted according to customer's requirement.
Tank Optional Configuration
• Mobile Storage Tank Optional Configuration: sterile air filter, thermometer (digital display type or dial), pressure gauge, sight glasses, sanitarymanhole, in-outlet, CIP universal rotating cleaning ball, level gauge, etc, orconfigured according to customers' requirements.
