Ultra Centrifugal Filter Units 15/50
The ultra centrifugal filter units are disposable, single use only ultrafiltration devices with membranes inside for the concentration and/or purification of biological samples. The optimized design with twin membrane filters and sleek internal profile ensure maximum process speeds all the way down to the last few microliters, which results in more than 80-fold concentration. The innovative design, ease of use, speed and exceptional concentrate recoveries are the main features of the concentrators. This 15/50 ultra centrifugal filter unit including concentrator insert(with membrane inside), outer tube and cap enables the fastest sample concentration with the highest recoveries. This device can handle a sample volume of up to 15 ml in swing-bucket rotors and of up to 11 ml in fixed-angle rotors that accept 50 ml centrifuge tubes.
