PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
Aluminum honeycomb panel is compoisted by aluminum sheet+ aluminum honeycomb core + aluminum honeycomb sheet
Aluminum honeycomb core is composed by muli-layer aluminum foil material and is available in varies cell sizes with unique cell configurations that significantly strengthen the panel without deformation of the cell walls or loss of mechanical properties with the relevant thickness.
The honeycomb core surface is treated for corrosion resistance for durability purposes.
Special size is available as customer required.
Any other color or finish which can be imagined by the customer.
Production process: shearing-bending-compositing-laminating-cutting -packaging
Suggestions for application:
1. For interior wall (PE coating):
Thickness range from 10mm to 20mm (top plate:1.0mm; bottom plate: 0.5mm/0.6mm/0.7mm/0.8mm)
2. For exterior wall (PVDF coating):
Thickness range from 15mm to 35mm (top plate: from 1.0mm; bottom plate: 0.7mm-1.0mm)
We supply panels together with installation accessories, professional design suggestion and installation system is available from our team.
Application:
Curtain wall, interior decoration, roofing materials, decoration materials for lift and elevator, ship hull building and ship decoration, train and high speed subway, decoration material for luxury ship and truck etc.
Payment:
T/T with 30% deposit of total amount and 70% balance by T/T before shipping, L/C at sight
