ALUTILE® series thermal insulation sandwich panel adopts the high-quality coated aluminum sheet; color coated steel sheet or other precision pressure metal sheet as surface material. After the metal sheet is rolled and shaped, high pressure foaming inject retardant polyurethane (PU) or turn over the stripped rock/glass wool at 90°(to make the fiber perpendicular to the upper and lower metal sheet) and adherent strongly to the metal sheet. the beautiful, smooth and tough ALUTILE® series thermal insulation sandwich panel is compounded by the precise overlength and double track production line with special high density rigid polyurethane foam filling technology.
