1.Can it be used on an open fire?
Yes, it can be used on gas stove induction cooker and oven.Do not use microwave oven,because enamel belongs to metal products
2.Can I use it for stir-frying?
Enamel cannot burn it empty and dry when stir-frightening oil amount is too little so it is not recommended for stir-frying,suitable for steaming,stewing,boiling,frying.
3 Will enamelware stick to the pot when used?
One of the features is fast heat conduction,although the surface is smooth there is no non-stick coating.Make sure there is enough water when cooking,Pay attention to mixing and using a low heat.
4. Is the enamelware easy to wash?Will it be blackened by an open fire?
