5tons 10tons CCA Platform Transformer Body Assembly Frame
Application:The assembly platform is a special equipment for large and medium
sized transformer assembly. This machine generally consists of 2
frame bodies that are placed face to face symmetrically, each
frame body can move independently, and complete the vertical
and horizontal adjustment of each working platform to meet the
different requirements for the operating position during the
transformer assembly work.
Main Features:
1 The lifting of the operating platform adopts motor + worm
gear reducer + screw lifting system(also can use the oil
cylinder lift, lifting speed can be adjusted freely), with the
mechanical and electrical double self-locking protection.
To ensure that the lifting platform can stop at any position
safely and reliably.
2 The middle of the platform have power supply socket,which is convenient for the operator to use the electric
tools on the platform.
3 Several drawer type small supporting boards are
mounted under the platform, with fixing bolt. Fix the
bolts immediately after pull the small boards out to
avoid wounding caused by slipping.
4 Each side of each frame body have a 150W crank
arm illuminating lamp, and there is fluorescent lamp
under the platform, to increase the brightness and
convenient for operation.
5 The wheels of the platform adopt polyurethane wheels,
strong and durable, with enough mechanical strength,
no damage to the ground and no static.
6 Each frame body have 2 sets of centralized operation
button station, each 1 set for ground and working platform,
which will be easy for operation. Ground button control panel
and button station on the working platform can interlock to
avoid misoperation. Both moving motor and lifting motor are braking type.
7 High power illuminating lamp set on the top of the platform,
which can provide sufficient light during operation.
8 All the components involved in the safety requirements
are treated by heat treatment and flew inspection.

2 Platform dimension can be designed and made according to customer requirement.
