Product Description
Dry mortar is ready mixed mortar, it is carefully proportioned blend of high quality materials including cement, lime, gypsum, well-graded dry sand and selected admixtures, such as polymer powder, cellulose ether, pigment and related additives.
It's produced in the factory and delivered to site in small bag, jumbo bag or a silo complete with mixing equipment. When delivered, the silo contains 16t of dry material which produces about 11m3 of mortar. It can hold up to 35t when refilled by tanker.
Once power and water supplies are connected, a constant supply of high product is available at the push of a button.
This line is used for producing dry mortar, it main consists of the following parts:
Sand dryer and screen, material store silo, screw conveyor, weighing system, bucket elevator, mixer, end product silo, packing machine and stacker, dust collector and control system. The productivity is 5-80T/h.
According to the structure type, it can be classified into tower type, semi-tower type and series type. It is up to the character of raw materials and workshop situation. The needed area is 1000~5000m2.
