HY-6000 is controlled by PLC. The whole process from preform feeding to bottle discharging is completed automatically with advantages of labor saving and no pollution. HY-A6S consists of three main parts: preform loading system, Heater channel & blow station.

6. REASONABLE COOLING SYSTEM . MAKE SURE THE NECK PART OF THE PREOFRM WILL NOT CHANGE DURING HEATING .
7. ALL MACHINE MOVEMENTS ARE DRIVING BY THE AIR CYLINDER . SO ALL BOTTLE WILL NOT CONTAMINATE DURING BLOWING .
8. ALL MOVEMENTS HAVE SAFTY LOCKING DEVICE , THE MACHINE WILL RESET TO SAFTY POSITION ONCE THE MOVIMENTS ARE WRONG .
9.THE CLAMPING SYSTEM OF THE MACHINE US HIGH PRESSURE LOCKING SYSTEM , MAKE SURE THE BOTTLE WILL NOT HAVE CLEAR CLAMPING LINE .
10. ALL MOVEMENTS HAVE MAUANLLY AND AUOTMATICLY DRVING SYSTEM . IT IS EASY FOR SETTING AND INSTALLATION .
11. MACHINE CAN CONNECT TO THE AIR FEEDING MACHINE OF THE FILLING MACHINE DIRECTLY , IT IS MUCH EASIER FOR THE CUSTOMER .
12. THE MACHINE CAN STRORE THE TIME AND TEMPERATURE SETTING FOR 6 KINDS MOULD . IT IS MUCH EASIER FOR THE CUSTOMER WHEN THEY CHANGE THE MOULD
13. THE MACHINE HAVE SPECIAL INFRARED SENSOR . IF THE TEMPERATURE OF THE PREORM IS NOT ENOUGH FOR BLOWING , THE BLOWING SYSTEM OF THE MACHINE WILL NOT START . IT WILL AVOID WASTE THE PREFORM .
14. THE REJECT RATE OF THE BOTTLE LESS THAN 0.3% .
