Q1: What is the difference between PORCELAIN and CERAMIC TILES?

PORCELAIN TILE is dense, impervious, fine grained and smooth, with a sharply formed face.
It has a much lower water absorption rate (≤ 0.5%) than ceramic tiles making them frost resistant
or frost-proof. CERAMIC TILE are almost finished with a durable glaze which carries the colour and pattern.These tiles are used in both wall tile and floor tile applications, are softer and easier to cut than porcelain.Its water absorption rate is higher (3%-6%).

Q2: How to test the WATER ABSORPTION RATE of tiles?

A simple method is to pour colored water (like ink/water) on the back of the tile, if ink diffuses,
its water absorption is low, otherwise, the ink would seep into the tile. Another method, to touch the back
of tile body, the more powder you got, the higher water absorption will be.

Q3:How many days will effect shipment after deposit?

If stock available, we can deliver goods within 7 days after received deposit. If not, it would be
about 25 days for new production.

Q4: Can we customize our own cartons without extra charge?

Yes, friend. For the regular producing tiles, if you order more than 2 containers in one item,
cartons can be customized for free.

Q5: Can you offer me a forwarder of shipping company?

Q6: What if customers received problem products?

Please kindly check the packages after you receive the goods, if you got wrong 
products/quality problem/ short quantity, please contact us as priority. Please noted 
that pictures of thedefective items concerning to this is needed, and we will handle this problem 
immediately and effectively and we will consider to replace or refund accordingly.
