Production Description
Stationary concrete batching plant is widely used for large and medium-sized construction work and infrastructure projects, such as commercial and residential properties, road construction, commercial concrete supply, etc. It is an ideal choice for the production of high-quality concrete with a large amount of demand.
Stationary concrete batching plant is composed of aggregate batching system, aggregate convey system, batching system, mixing system, electrical control system, water supply system, air supply system, additive supply system, cement conveyor belt and cement silo. It suits to building site and merchandise concrete produce.
According to the aggregate feeding method, the stationary concrete batching plant can be categorized into two types: Skip hoist type and belt conveyor type. The capacity of the Skip hoist type concrete batching plant can be 25/35/50/75 m3/h, and the capacity of belt conveyor type concrete batching plant can be 60/90/120/180/240 m3/h.

3.Foundation-free concrete batching plant:
For traditional concrete batching plant, we need to make big reinforced concrete foundation for each part, especially the cement silo and mixing tower. These foundations are both time-consuming and cost-consuming. In order to solve this problem, we designed the foundation free concrete batching plant for which we don't need to make foundation.
