Prestressing steel strand, PC Strand
The main features of PC steel strand are high strength and good relaxation, being quite straight while streching.
Standard: GB/T 5224, GB/T5223(China); ASTM A416, ASTMA421(USA); BS 5896(UN); JIS G3536(Japan); AS/NZS 4672(Australia); NBR-7483(Brazil); EN10138(Europe); ISO934
WE can aslo offer PC wire and strand conforming to the technical standards agreed by both the consumer and us.
Application:
At many projects of posttension and pretension prestress, smooth steel strand is the most popular steel. The compact steel strand is mostly used for lifting projects and some like nuclear power engineering. Galvanized strand usually applies to bridge tie bar, digging line and external prestressed programmes. The usage of epoxy coated strand is almost alike to that of gavanized strand.
