Dry-type Transformer Coil
The high and low voltage winding is wound with epoxy resin in vacuum state. After high temperature curing, it forms a solid whole with good mechanical strength and small partial discharge.
Cast resin insulation guarantees secure performance of the transformer with no need for complicatedand costly maintenance. Preventive maintenance of cast resin transformers consists in a simple visualcheck. Low operating costs Low losses in the magnetic core and in the windings reduce the costs ofoperation. The coils are made with pure copper wire /foil, and encapsulated by high quality epoxy resin.
