Product Introduction
After absorbing advantages from foreign superfine vertical mills and considering analysis of domestic customers' needs, Longyi makes targeted improvements on existing vertical mill's technology to develop a new-type vertical mill fit for grinding super fine powder for nonmetallic minerals. Self develop upgrade multi-heads vertical classifier structure, Longyi classifier perfectly slove particle cutting point high and low sieving rate, compare with the traditional horizontal classifier, it fully ensure the powder quality that the finishes powder fineness could reach 30%~60% (powder size<2um,>Detection machine: Malvern Micro laser particle size analyzer). After years of research and development in materials, Longyi new abrasion-resisting alloy steel is successfully applied in rollers, globe grinding bearing and other wear-resistant parts, it endow the wear-resistant parts extremely long service life, prolong the wear parts replacement cycle.
Application
It can be used for processing of nonmetallic minerals i.e. Calcium carbonate, calcite, clay, Kaolin, dolomite, talc,barite, wollastonite, brucite, Calcium oxide, gypsum, coking coal, slag, phosphate etc.
