WORKING PRINCIPLE
Using the principle of centrifugal movement, the finishing efficiency is high, and the operation is convenient. Suitable for batch large and medium-sized work finishing processing, especially suitable for the workpiece with shaped cavity holes. There are two kinds of inverter speed regulation and reducer speed regulation. The drum is lined with black rubber and PU rubber.
1, Each cylinder in the work volume (workpiece, abrasive, water, etc.) most no more than 45% ~ 55% of cylinder volume.
2, Artifacts and abrasive ratio of 1:1 ~ 5, the fine grinding of 1:10, specific artifacts should be determined after test.
