Product Description
This pipe fusion welding equipment is designed for thermoplastic pipe installations. The whole set includes a frame, a milling cutter, a heater, a hydraulic unit and a support.
This set of butt fusion welding equipment is highly durable and affordable to maximize plastic pipe fusion procedures and reduce fusion costs. It is applicable for welding of such materials as PE, PPR, PB, PVDF.
We offer a variety of options for each pipe size that you need to weld. You may refer to the following tables or ask us for more details.
1. Rack
The thickened steel structure is integrated, which shall not deform long-term use. The quick coupling of high quality is durable and oil-tight.
2. Hydraulic unit
The hydraulic unit is of enclosed structure, which can efficiently prevent sundries from entering into the inner machine. The motor with pure cooper coils is stable and of good quality.
3. Milling cutter
All-gear system providing highly-efficient driving is adopted for the milling cutter, which is stable and durable. It is equipped with precise pressure-casting cutter and high speed steel blade, as well.
4. Heating plates
Coated with coating, the heating plates are easy to warm up and can be heated evenly and easy to shed from pipes, without sticking pipes.
5. High-power copper core motor
Copper core motor of high quality is adopted. The resistance is lower and the heat-conducting property is good.
