- Fetching sample (Fingertip blood or venous blood)
- Fist add 10uLR1A to R1B,Mixture then Add 10uLR1A to R1B, mix well, then add 10uL blood to the mixture , mix again and waiting for 2 minutes.Take 25uL of the reaction solution into the chromatograph disk and add 10uLR2 to the chromatograph disk
- Put the chromatograph disk to machine for testing, then you can get result in 2 S
