Structure and Performance
The molecular formula of alumina is Al2O3. It has many isomorphous crystals, mainly 3 types, namely α-Al2O3, β-Al2O3, and γ-Al2O3, with different structures and properties. Among them, α-Al2O3 has the most stable structure, also known as corundum. At high temperatures above 1300°C, Al2O3 is almost completely converted into α-Al2O3. It is the main component of alumina bulletproof ceramics.The alumina arc ceramic bulletproof sheet produced by Jingcheng Special Ceramics has an alumina content of 99% and a Rockwell hardness of up to 88. Through the military shooting test, it has strong resistance to bullet impact, and the product can withstand the pressure shock wave of the bullet, and performs well in the shooting test.

Bulletproof Plate Cutting:
i) SAPI cut is the shape of SAPI boards that fill the streets. (e.g. SAPI/ESAPI)
ii) Special tailoring refers to more aggressive corner cuts than SAPI, facilitating arm movements and shoulder support.
There are so-called SHOOTERS cut and SWIMMER cut.
iii) Traditional cutting includes the simplest square board, the smallest reinforcement, and small corners similar to RBA. (such as FULL SIZE)
Construction:
i) in conjuction with (ICW.) IIIA or lower threat level soft armor panel;
ii) Stand Alone(SA.),which means it can protect against the III/IV rating threat without any soft armor ballistic panels / inserts.
