QINGZHOU SL3NB-1300A Mud Pump Bi-metal Liner
The mud pump bimetal liner produced by our company: The outer sleeve is made of high-quality carbon steel by hot pressing,and the inner sleeve is made of high-chromium cast iron by centrifugal casting. The liners are produced in strict accordance withAPl-7K standards, and the surface of the inner hole is smooth as a miror, resistant to wear and corrosion. Combining the advantages of hot forging and high wear of the outer sleeve and high chromium wear and corrosion resistance of the inner sleeve, thelife of the Bimetal iner can reach more than 800 hours, which is suitable for various harsh working environments.

1. Preparation
Clean the installation area: remove dirt, carbon deposits and impurities inside the liner body, and ensure that the installation surface is clean and flat.
Inspect the liner body: Check whether the liner body has cracks, wear or other damage. If there is a problem, repair it first.
Prepare tools: Prepare appropriate installation tools as needed, such as press-fitting tools, wrenches, etc.
2. Apply lubricant
Apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease to the outer surface of the cylinder liner to reduce friction and resistance during installation.
3. Install the cylinder liner
Carefully place the ceramic cylinder liner into the installation position of the cylinder body, ensuring that the direction of the cylinder liner is correct.
Use the press-fitting tool, apply pressure evenly, and slowly press the cylinder liner into the liner body until the cylinder liner is installed in place. Pay attention to keeping the cylinder liner vertical and horizontal during the press-fitting process to avoid tilting or jamming.
4. Check the installation position
After installation, check whether the cylinder liner is in full contact with the bottom of the cylinder liner and whether the top of the cylinder liner is flush with the plane of the cylinder body.
5. Subsequent processing
After installation, clean the excess lubricant around the cylinder liner and cylinder body.
It should be noted that different types and specifications of ceramic cylinder liners may have different installation methods and requirements. Before installation, be sure to refer to the relevant installation instructions and technical specifications, and seek help from technicians when necessary.
