Extension rod
The extension rod is one of the important parts of the power end of the drilling mud pump, and its function is to transfer the power to the hydraulic end.
The extension rod is made of 35CrMo. After chrome-plated fine grinding, the surface is smooth, which greatly improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
We can produce extension rod for F series, 3NB series mud pump supporting various specifications.
Piston rod
The piston rod is the main parts connecting the power end and the hydraulic end of the drilling mud pump, and it is also one of the wearing parts of the drilling pump.
The piston rod and intermediate rod are forged from alloy steel, and the strength of the product is improved after heat treatment. The product is CNC processed, and the surface treatment is galvanized, nickel plated, or decorative chromium plated, which can meet the different requirements of customers.
The piston assembly is the main part of the hydraulic end of the mud pump, and the discharge pressure of the mud pump is generated by the reciprocating linear motion of the piston assembly in the cylinder liner. The big end of the piston rod is connected with the power end of the mud pump through the clamp to transmit power; The piston is installed at the small end and moves in a reciprocating straight line in the cylinder liner to generate pressure.
