High pressure ball valves are designed to control fluid in full open and full close position. Ball Valves are suitable for installation in piping systems with connections at the same pressure load and corresponding connections or between flanges of the same pressure load and the same flange connection.
It provides unrestricted flow of fluids and a way to shut off that flow using the attached handle. They are connected through robust stem and anti-blowout stem and are built to contain a different volume of pressure when the valve is the closed position.
Forged ball valves, three-way ball valves, and stainless steel ball valves share some advantages. When they are used, you will find that their fluid resistance is small, and their resistance coefficient is equal to the pipe section of the same length. It is simple in structure, small in size, and light in weight. In the use process, you will find it very convenient. It is easy to operate, open and close quickly, and it is convenient for remote control.
The ball valve operates by rotating the ball 90 degrees using a handle or actuator, which changes the alignment of the hole or passage. When the hole aligns with the inlet and outlet ports, the valve is open, allowing the fluid or gas to flow through. When the hole is perpendicular to the ports, the valve is closed, stopping the flow.
High pressure industrial ball valves are specifically designed to withstand and regulate the flow of fluids or gases under high pressure conditions, typically ranging from a few hundred to several thousand pounds per square inch (psi). These valves are constructed using robust materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, or other alloys that can handle the high pressures without leaking or failing.
