Mud Pump Assembled Piston
The assembled piston mainly consists of a piston core, piston cup, pressure plate, clamp spring, clamp, etc. The piston core is forged from 45 #/35 CrMo/42CrMo. The piston rubber, also known as the piston cup, is the main parts in the hydraulic end system of drilling mud pumps, and is also one of the most commonly used vulnerable parts in mud pump types. Piston rubber is vulcanized rubber products, ordinary rubber is made of nitrile rubber, polyurethane rubber can also be used to improve the working temperature range of rubber. We can produce F series, 3NB series, PZ series and other sizes of pistons.
