Our flush by unit (FBU) is designed and manufactured according to the principle " advanced performance, reliable operation, convenient mobilization, economic operation and meeting HSE requirement ". The performance and quality has reached or are beyond the advanced level of international similar workover rigs and confirming all the related APIs.

It consists of special Workover rig chassis, power transmission system, plunger pump, angle gearbox, drawworks with brake system, double type mast, traveling system with weight indicator, water tank, pneumatic and electrical systems for drilling control etc.This product is applied to workover job and sand flushing job of oil and water well etc.
Power system: high speed diesel engine, hydraulic mechanical transmission; diesel engine + hydraulic mechanical transmission; equipped with CAT diesel engine and it matched with Allison hydraulic transmission box, with excellent performance.

Air-hydraulic control system: hydraulic system is used for leveling hoisting hydraulic jack, mast raising, mast support cylinder and the working of hydraulic tong. Air system is used for the controlling winch clutch, emergency brake cylinder, the throttle of triplex plunger pump. It realizes combination and separation of the clutch and winch brakes in emergency.
