Mud Pump Double-acting Vulcanized Integrated Piston
Vulcanized integrated piston has two styles, one is the assembled piston, mainly composed of piston core, piston cup, pressure plate, circlip, clamp, etc., the second is the vulcanized integrated piston, the rubber directly vulcanized on the piston core. Piston is the main part of the hydraulic end system of mud pump, and it is also one of the most used wearing parts in drilling work.
We can produce piston for F series, 3 series, PZ series and other sizes.
The piston core is forged from 45# / 40Cr. Piston rubber, also known as piston cup, is the main parts in the hydraulic end system of drilling mud pump, and it is also one of the most used vulnerable parts of mud pump. Piston rubber is vulcanized rubber products, ordinary rubber is made of nitrile rubber, polyurethane(PU) rubber can also be used to improve the working temperature range of rubber.
