The constant temperature liquid density meter measures the liquid density according to the principle that the oscillation frequency is different when the double U-tube is filled with different media. After the liquid to be tested is pumped into the resonance tube sensor, the measurement data is processed by the single chip microcomputer, which is fast and direct, and has high sensitivity. It consists of a dual tuning fork density sensor, a vibrating tube circuit, a temperature measuring circuit, a CPU, a display, a thermostatic bath, an inlet pump, and a control panel. It changes the way traditional glass densitometers measure liquid density, making liquid density measurements more accurate, faster, and more economical.

Feature
1. Using the constant temperature bath control, the sensor and its components and sample liquid are sealed in the constant temperature bath, the temperature of the oscillating tube (sample liquid) is detected by the temperature sensor, and the electronic component is controlled by the single chip to cool or heat the electronic component to ensure the inside of the constant temperature bath. The temperature is stable within the range of 20 ° C ± 0.1 ° C.

3. Automatic sampling: using a single-chip microcomputer to control the stepping motor to drive the peristaltic pump to absorb samples, improving the automation of the product.
