The production process of acid etched frosted glass mainly includes the use of a mixture of various acids, and the precise pickling operation is carried out by automatic equipment.

Composition of the pickling solution: Usually a mixture of sulfuric acid, nitric acid and other acid is used, and the combination of these acids provides strong oxidation and high corrosion, suitable for the treatment of glass surfaces. 
Equipment configuration: including the product back and front cleaning conveyor roller sets on the rack, as well as the upper barrel brush, upper roller brush and lower roller brush, which work together to achieve automatic pickling of glass. 
Operation process: The glass is passed through multiple spray pipe systems on the production line to ensure that the acid wash liquid is evenly sprayed on the glass surface, and the stability of the glass during the treatment process is ensured through the clamp wheel.
The entire process requires strict control of the acid concentration and temperature, as well as precise motion control of the equipment to avoid damage to the operator and equipment. In addition, waste water and waste gas recovery systems are also an integral part of the production process to ensure environmental protection and production safety.
