AF 201 T series of resins are pre-accelerated, thixotropic, fast curing unsaturated polyester resins, which designed for acrylic sanitary ware FRP especially and have excellent mechanical performance, and provide excellent bonding to acrylic sheet.
AF 201 T series resins are low shrinkage, low styrene emission, low viscosity ,higher filler loading, and suitable for hand lay-up ,spray. In order to better flexible application on multiple customer operation and season, we designed the different versions, which have different gel time.
AF201 Series resin are designed for use as acrylic back-up resin where calcium sulfate filler is used. The products will bond well to some, but not all, acrylics when calcium carbonate filler is used

Stored at temperatures below 25ºC.Storage life decreases with increasing storage temperature. Avoid exposure to heat such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. To avoid contamination of the product with water, do not store outdoors. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Mild mixing is recommended after prolonged storage. Rotate stock.
