The equipment has a small footprint, simple and safe operation. It adopts the latest generation control system, truly realizes the closed-loop, high-precision, and high-speed linkage between the equipment and the computer,labor saving.

The countertops are made of PVC resin plate, with high hardness, no deformation, waterproof, and oil-proof. The entire surface of the table is processed by the cnc work center, very smooth and even. Thickness of 2mm also can be cut by our cutting machine. 
Reminding: Don't choose the foam board, because it is easy to deform. Also, the shortcomings of density board are fear of water & oil, high humidity, and easy deformation.

The whole Frame and beam is annealed . The purpose of annealing treatment is to release the internal stress of steel and prevent deformation during later use, thereby affecting the cutting accuracy. So that the accouracy can be guaranteed to be ≤0.2mm.
Without annealing heat treatment, the cutting accuracy will be greatly reduced.
High-performance servo motor and gear-grinding rack and pinion are used to ensure the stability of the machine, with precision, high speed and long service life.
The cutter wheel adopts high hardness imported from Germany and it is equipped with a protective device which can effectively prevent cutter collision.
