ZKR-36H Hotmelt Butyl Extruder Machine is designed for hot melt of insulating glass with aluminum spacer. The machine is easy to operate and its two outlets can work simultaneously. It is capable of both manual operation and automatic by connecting the outlets to the automatic rubber machine.
Working principles : The cross girder is driven by two cylinders, and the heating plate is pushed into the rubber barrel for heating. Then the melting rubber flow into the spiral pump where the hot melt is produced.

  A: Installation included; however, customers need to pay our engineer's round way air tickets, local transportation and accommodation (hotel and food).
The installation should be finished within 15 days, and will be charged 60USD/engineer/day.
