LONKIA Automatic Potato Fries French Fries Frozen Production Line
The frozen French fry production line is made of 304 stainless steel material. Production capacity supports customization,
such as 100kg/h, 200kg/h, 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, 2000kg/h, 5000kg/h etc. The heating method can be gas heating or
electric heating. Suitable for fruit and vegetable processing factories, frozen food factories, central kitchens, snack food
manufacturing or food processing factories.
1. The process capability (finished product capacity from 100kg/h to 2000kg/h) and workflow can be customized.2. The equipment is mainly made of food grade 304, which meets food safety requirements.
3. Heating methods: electric heating, gas heating. The size of French fries and the thickness of potato chips can be adjusted.
4. For the potato chip production line, LONKIA has specialized equipment to remove unqualified chips.
5. Adopting a specially designed fryer, it has fast heating, energy-saving, and good performance.
